Returns – How It Works

Sometimes a return is necessary — we understand. Here is how to do it correctly so we can process everything smoothly:

• Please contact us before returning any items.
  Just send an email to hello@framo.com including your order number and a brief description of what you wish to return.

• Returns must be sent within 14 days from the day you received your items.

• Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

• Returned goods must be securely protected inside a box during shipping.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Always include your order number in both the email and inside the return package.
  Once we receive the returned goods in accordance with the conditions above, we will process your refund or send the requested exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive damaged or do not meet the return requirements listed above.
